An initial 4-8 hour commencement workshop is held to kick off the Programme. All key role players are required to attend the workshop.

Best and leading practice business negotiation concepts are introduced.

Negotiation background is validated.

Identification of all major issues is conducted.

The chronological format of an engagement could look as follows:

4 Hour commencement workshop conducted.

Primary report to Project Sponsor prepared within 24-36 hours subsequent to
the completion of the commencement workshop (typically an investment of 3 to 5 hours is required to generate the report).

Report is reviewed by Project Sponsor & discussed with Senior Consultant. Actions for implementations are identified and agreed upon.

One or two day interventions addressing key actions to be implemented (this includes a blend of facilitation, consultation & training).
