  • An initial 4-8 hour commencement workshop is held to kick off the Programme. All key role players are required to attend the workshop.
    • Best and leading practice business negotiation concepts are introduced.
    • Negotiation background is validated.
    • Identification of all major issues is conducted.
    • Preparation assignments are handed out.
  • A primary report is compiled and provided to the Project Sponsor (24-36 hour turnaround).
  • Actions are agreed and implemented in accordance with the scheduled negotiation and could include:

    • Group coaching
    • Group training workshop/s
    • Negotiation simulations
    • Preparation facilitation
    • Individual Personal Development Plans
